1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if the order has not been dispatched
To cancel, contact us at oldmemories6918@gmail.com with your order number
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and can only be returned after delivery

Cancellations by Old Memories

We may cancel orders in the following situations

Product is out of stock
Pricing or listing error
Suspected fraudulent activity
Delivery address is not serviceable

In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under specific conditions

Eligible for Return

Product is damaged during delivery
Product has a manufacturing defect
Wrong product was delivered
Product is expired or tampered

Not Eligible for Return

Opened or used products
Change of mind or wrong selection
Broken seal without valid defect
Not in original packaging
Return requested after 7 days

How to Initiate a Return

Email us within 48 hours of delivery
Share order number, issue description, and product photos
Our team reviews within 2 to 3 business days
If approved, reverse pickup or return instructions will be provided
Do not send products without approval

3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned products or based on valid proof in certain cases

Refund Timeline

Online payments such as UPI, card, or net banking take 7 to 10 business days
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
We will issue credit store through email within 3 days once we will receive returned products, and it will be valid till 60 days from the date of issue.
Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7 to 10 business days

4. Exchange Policy

Approved exchanges or replacement orders will be processed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location.
Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect products
If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
